Privacy
You are the controller of your customers' data. We are the processor, acting on your instructions and on the policy you set in your workspace.
What we hold
Support conversations and their metadata from the sources you connect, redacted on arrival; the findings, problems, fixes and measurements derived from them; a hashed identifier per person so we can count people without holding identities; and the account details of whoever uses the app.
Why
To find what your customers keep running into, to carry out the improvements you approve, and to measure whether they worked. Nothing else. We do not sell data, and your conversations are not used to train shared models.
How long
For the retention period you set. A scheduled hard delete removes the conversations and everything derived from them. On request we erase one person across the same set. Disconnecting a source stops ingestion; deleting a workspace destroys its database.
Who else sees it
The processors listed on Security and data, each for one job. Changes to that list are announced before they take effect.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, export and objection, for you and for the people in your conversations. Write to privacy@jarmer.ai and we answer within thirty days, usually within one working day.
