Plain terms for a small product. If something here reads as a trick, tell us and we will fix the wording.
What we provide
A service that reads the support signals you send, proposes improvements, carries out the ones you approve, and measures the result. Judgments are stated with their evidence and their uncertainty. They are not advice, and you remain responsible for what is published to your customers.
Approvals
Anything reaching your customers requires a person to approve the exact text. Internal actions run according to the autonomy settings you choose. An approval binds to one revision of one action; if the text changes, it is approved again.
Billing
Monthly in advance, cancel whenever you like, no refund for a part-used month. Volume allowances are stated on Pricing. If you go over, we tell you before we charge you, and a price change never applies to an existing workspace without notice.
Your data
Yours. Export it at any time. On termination we destroy the workspace database within thirty days, or sooner on request.
Availability
It runs nightly and catches up after an outage; no processing is lost. We do not yet offer a contractual uptime figure, and we would rather say so than publish one we have not measured.
